To enter the building you will need a door code. Please contact 626-808-3424. There is paid and free street parking available, as well as a parking structure right next door and on Union Avenue.
ATTENTION: For patients referred by Dr. Okhovat MD, Initial Evaluations are conducted either at his West LA office, Encino office, Telehealth or at the Pasadena DizzyCare office. Please refer to your appointment location set by one of his office staff.
